Scheduled aircraft care programs
Every argument on this site ends here. Aircraft care is cheaper, better and less disruptive on an interval than it is reactively, and the reason is the same reason a maintenance program beats unscheduled maintenance.
Detail
How a program is built
We start with the aircraft, where it is based, how it is flown and what the finish and interior are. Coastal salt air, industrial atmosphere and de-ice season all shorten intervals. Utilization sets the windows. The schedule is built around your flying, not around our routing.
What it changes
Brightwork stays bright instead of needing restoration. Boots get sealed before the residue sits through a summer. Exhaust soil never gets to the point where aggressive chemistry is the only option. Correction happens less often, which means less finish removed over the life of the paint.
What you can see
Every service on the program is recorded in our platform and retrievable by tail. When an aircraft goes to market or into an inspection, the care record is a document rather than a memory.

What else we do
Interior detailing
Cabin, cockpit, galley and lavatory. Leather, wool, veneer and suede, each treated to its own tolerance.
02Exterior detailing
Dry wash and wet wash, belly and exhaust soil, gear and gear wells, performed with aviation qualified chemistry.
03Paint correction and protection
Correction and sealing on a finish system that gives you one chance to get it right.
04Brightwork polishing
Bare metal, exhaust stacks and trim brought back and kept there.
05De-ice boot service
Stripping, cleaning and sealing of elastomeric boots, which fail early when treated like paint.

Two different services, often confused. We perform both, to the applicable guidance.
07AOG and quick turn
Mobile team members who reach any field in the country when the schedule does not allow for waiting.
08Delivery and acceptance prep
Presentation for handover, when the aircraft is being inspected by someone looking for reasons.
Common questions
Answers before you ask
What does a scheduled program cost compared to one-off work?
Over a multi-year horizon a program is generally less, because the expensive work in this category is restoration, and restoration is what a program prevents. We will build the numbers around your aircraft rather than quoting a rate.
Can a program cover a fleet across multiple airports?
Yes. That is the case a documented standard and a shared platform exist to solve. The procedure and the qualification requirements are identical at every base.
