Technology
We built the software our crews work inside.
Most aircraft detailing runs on memory. Someone remembers which crew did the last job, someone remembers what product went on that finish, someone remembers when the aircraft is due back. When that person is out, the standard goes with them. We removed memory from the process.
What is in it
Everything, in one place, at every base.
- Training. Every certification and every hour a team member has completed, with dates. Nobody performs a service they are not current on.
- Standard operating procedures. The written method for every service, available at the point of work rather than in a binder in an office in Florida.
- Inventory. What product is at which base, in what quantity, and when it was replenished.
- Scheduling. Every job, every crew, every field, against your flight schedule.
- Locations. Access notes, badging, hangar and FBO detail for every airport we work.
- Client and aircraft records. Your aircraft, your preferences, your history.
- Complete work history. Every service performed on every tail, going back.
The app
Seven of the screens our crews and clients work in.
The Allen Groupe app is on the iOS App Store. Clients receive credentials at onboarding and team members work inside it every day. It is the same system either way, which is why the record you see is the record we run on.
Client names, credential numbers and direct lines are obscured in every screen above. Aircraft and operator identity is not something we publish.
What it means for you
Provable, not promised.
The training is provable
When a flight department asks whether the person cleaning the cabin is trained on that leather, the answer is a record, not an assurance.
The service history is yours
What was done, when, by whom, with what. You do not have to ask us and we do not have to reconstruct it.
The standard travels
The procedure at Teterboro is the procedure at Scottsdale, because it is the same document, read by the same kind of crew, on the same day.
The schedule does not depend on anyone
Recurring programs run because the system runs them.
Nothing sits in one person’s head
Turnover in this industry is real. Ours does not cost you the standard you signed up for.
Why it matters
You are not standing there when the work happens.
Aircraft detailing is bought on trust, because the buyer is almost never present. You hand over an asset worth several million dollars, at four in the morning, at an airport you may be nowhere near, and you find out later whether it was done properly.
Everything in this platform exists to shorten that gap. Not to impress anyone with technology, but so that it was done right is something you can check rather than something you hope.
Common questions
Answers before you ask
Is there a client portal?
Yes. The Allen Groupe app is free on the iOS App Store and clients receive credentials at onboarding.
Can I see the service history for my aircraft?
Yes. Every service performed on your tail is recorded and retrievable.
How do you keep the standard consistent across locations?
Standard operating procedures and training records live in the platform rather than with individual managers, so the method and the qualification requirements are identical at every base.
