Privacy Policy

This policy covers allengroupe.com. It describes what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the service request form or the careers form, we receive what you typed. On the service request form that is your company, name, email, phone, tail number, aircraft type, airport, the services you selected, your requested dates and any notes. On the careers form it is your name, email, phone, nearest airport, experience and anything you attach.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records things like which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what kind of device and browser was used, and which site referred you. It sets cookies to do this. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we have not enabled Google Signals, advertising features or cross-device tracking.
Server logs. Our host records standard web server information, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
Form submissions are used to respond to you and to do the work you are asking about. Careers submissions are used to consider you for a role. Analytics is used to make the site better.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not run advertising on this site.
Who else touches it
Only the services that make the site work: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google Analytics. Each of them handles it under their own terms and only for the purpose of providing that service to us.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, our team members or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept as long as they are useful for the relationship or the hiring process, and then removed. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for two reasons. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. WordPress may set a cookie if you are logged in, which applies to our team rather than to visitors. There is no advertising cookie of any kind on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@allengroupe.com and we will handle it. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you specific rights over your personal data, we will honor them.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it with Google's browser add-on.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and hosted on managed infrastructure with the usual protections. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not collect payment information on this site and we do not store anything here that we do not need.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
