The Allen Groupe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TAG mobile application. We provide professional aircraft cleaning and detailing services, and this app supports the operational coordination between our internal team and our aviation clients.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to operate the TAG platform:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and role within the organization (e.g., technician, manager, client contact).
• Profile information: Profile photo, job title, and assigned airport locations.
• Identification information: For internal team members, SIDA badge details including badge photo, badge number, expiration date, and associated airport(s). This information is used solely for internal compliance tracking and is not shared externally.
• Operational data: Work orders you create, are assigned to, or interact with — including service details, notes, checklist completions, and status changes.
• Communications: Messages and notes posted within the app in connection with specific work orders.
• Usage information: General information about how you interact with the app, used to maintain and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the TAG platform and provide its core features
• Assign, track, and manage aircraft service work orders
• Send work order status notifications to team members and client contacts who have opted in as notification recipients
• Maintain training records and certifications for internal team members
• Track inventory levels at service locations
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Within The Allen Groupe team: Team members and managers can see names, roles, and work order activity as needed to coordinate services.
• With client contacts: Client contacts can view work order details for their own organization’s aircraft only. They cannot access data belonging to other organizations or internal team records.
• Service providers: We use Supabase to store and manage application data, and Resend to deliver email notifications. These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

5. Data Storage and Security

All application data is stored using Supabase, which is built on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to data is enforced through row-level security policies that ensure each user can only access data relevant to their role and organization.

Profile photos, badge images, organization logos, and uploaded documents are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls appropriate to each file type.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If your account is deactivated, we may retain certain operational records — such as completed work orders — for legitimate business and compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly.

8. Children’s Privacy

The TAG app is intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information through the app, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
