Careers
We are hiring team members, not labor.
The word matters. Everyone at The Allen Groupe is a team member, and the difference is not vocabulary. It is training, benefits, documented procedure, and the expectation that you will be here in five years.
What the work is
Early mornings, real skill, other people’s aircraft.
You will work on aircraft worth several million dollars, often overnight, often at an airport where nobody is watching. That is the job. It requires people who do the whole thing properly when nobody is checking, which is a rarer quality than it should be.
You will be trained
Not shown once. Trained, on written procedure, with the record kept. You will know why a product goes on one material and not another, and you will be able to explain it to a chief pilot.
You will have benefits
Health insurance benefits, because turnover is the enemy of a standard and we would rather keep you.
You will be able to move up
Most of our leadership has done the work. That is not an accident.
What we look for
Four habits
Be on time
The schedule is the aircraft’s, not ours.
Do what you say
Every time, including the parts nobody checks.
Finish what you start
A ninety percent detail is not a detail.
Say please and thank you
We are guests in someone else’s hangar.
Apply
Tell us where you are and what you have done.
Experience helps. It is not required. Being the kind of person who finishes the job is.
