These terms cover your use of allengroupe.com. They do not cover the services we perform on your aircraft. Those are governed by the agreement, proposal or work order between you and The Allen Groupe, and if anything here appears to conflict with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Using this site

You are welcome to read this site, share it, and submit the forms on it. You may not use it to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain access to any part of it you were not given, interfere with how it works for anyone else, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other visitors.

What is on it

The content, design, text, photographs, logos and marks on this site belong to The Allen Groupe or to the people we license them from. The Allen Groupe name and logo and the phrase Providing a Worry-Free Experience are our marks. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not reproduce it as your own.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep this site accurate, including the technical material. Standards, specifications, airport identifiers, regulations and our own coverage all change, and a page may be out of date before we notice. Nothing on this site is a warranty, a technical instruction, or a substitute for the manufacturer's maintenance documentation, an approved procedure or your own judgment.

References to specifications such as Boeing BSS7432 and AMS 1526C describe what the products we use conform to. They are not a claim of approval by any manufacturer, and they are not an endorsement of us by anyone.

If you find something wrong on this site, tell us and we will correct it.

Quotes and requests

Submitting a form is a request, not a booking, and nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote. Work is scheduled and priced when we come back to you.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, including allengroupe.eu and swypeclean.com, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, The Allen Groupe is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Again, this concerns the website. Our responsibility for the work we perform on your aircraft is set out in our agreement with you and is not limited by this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
